Last month, an India client, Mr. Ankit visited our official website and showed great interest to our products, Kuwait Trackless Battery Flat Transfer Cart, so he sent an email to ask for more details. Our sales manager soon replied Mr. Ankit and offered him some detailed information about the cart.
Mr. Ankit was quite content with our work efficiency. After clarifying his requirements, he received many videos and pictures of the product as reference from our manager. He felt satisfied with our suitable carts and our considerable service. He then decided to order one 50 ton cart and paid the deposit. The cart was immediately manufactured. To ensure Mr. Ankit. our manager sent him some videos of actual production scene and test of the cart after the production was done.
